If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours notice
there will be a 50% charge. Cancellations on the day
will be a 100% charge.
No shows are a 100% charge. (This also applies if you cancel one of the treatments you re due to have )
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are over 10 minutes late your appointment might not be able to go ahead but you will be required to pay the full treatment price.
Patch tests are required for tints at least 48 hours before your appointment
Any clients under the age of 16 must be
accompanied by an adult / guardian
